Provincial Best Times To Date

Why do it?
Allow all athletes to be ranked and awarded for what normally is a 'training' event.

Prizes & Age Groups
Each discrete age winner will receive a Swim Alberta - "50 Kick Champ" swim cap.
Single year age groups will awarded up to the 18 and over age category. 
Athlete age will be the last day of the month ranked. (November 30 or April 30)

Rules
Choice of kick (any stroke)
Short or Long Course
Start:    One hand must be on the wall to start
Turn:    One arm pull permitted with board or a single arm pull backstroke turn equivalent to back turn.
Finish:    Both hands must remain together to the finish.
