There have been changes to the required information for affiliation.  Please read the package carefully and complete all the forms in full. 

Please consider sending your club affiliation forms and fees prior to the new season start up.  The on line registration system will be unavailable from 15 August 2011 to 31 August 2011 to roll it over to the new season.  If you submit your forms and fees prior to 1 September then our office will be able to complete the process and have your club up and running on the first day of the season.
